Nocturne Beacon Project artists Alan Syliboy and Lukas Pearse present an outdoor projection mapping piece combining Mi’kmaq art with technologically driven video art.

Mocean Dance and Hear Here Productions present Burnwater: Arrival, an interactive performance and installation that explores the connections between place, memory and the natural world.

Marla Benton presents The Reflection Room, a hands-on activity for participants to take home an art piece and leave a memory behind.

Justin Buckley and Eskasoni Cultural Journeys present Wind Stories, collaborating Mi’kmaq storytellers with software-generated sound art to interpret the wind.

Gift shop special: all items in the Museum Gift Shop will be 15% off for the duration of Nocturne.

Nocturne: Art at Night is a fall festival that happens throughout the streets of Halifax. Start your night at the Museum for free parking and view these amazing projects in our historic location.
